James V. Cutrara has over forty years of experience in public accounting for individual and corporate clients, ranging from privately-held, owner-managed businesses to the audit of multinational companies including investigative services rendered to the Ontario Securities Commission.

Upon attaining a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto, he articled as a student in accounts for the national accounting firm Deloitte.

After successfully completing the Institute of Chartered Accountants uniform final examination, Mr. Cutrara has been a member of both the Ontario and Canadian Institutes since 1982.
